Journal Publishing Company prints and distributes the NE MS Daily Journal, Pontotoc Progess, Itawamba County Times, Monroe Journal, New Albany News-Exchange, Chickasaw Journal, Southern Sentinel, and Southern Advocate newspapers, as well as total market coverage products, Lee County Neighbors, Shoppers Plus, Tippah Plus, and Pontotoc Plus. We also print commercial newspaper products for area businesses and communities.
CDF MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
Faith Haven is an emergency shelter for abused, abandoned, and/or neglected children. The shelter opened in May, 1977 and is located in Tupelo, MS. Faith Haven provides quality care in a home-like setting for children who need to be temporarily placed in a time of crisis.
Faith Haven is licensed to care for twelve children male and or female, ages 0-18, with a maximum stay of 45 days. Although the number of children being served at one time may seem small, it should be noted that there is a constant turnover of children in need of emergency help. Children can be admitted to Faith Haven any time of the day or night. While placed at Faith haven, the physical, emotional and mental health needs of the children are met. Faith Haven provides support through the giving of needed love, guidance and safety. The children served by our program must be in the protective custody of Mississippi Child Protection Services.
